Job Title: Handyman (Multi-Skilled Technician)

Location: Onsite at RITE HQ and local travel, 1744 Independence Blvd., Sarasota FL 34234 (this role is not available for hybrid or remote work)

Starting Pay: $62,400 annually (based on 50 hours per week) plus benefits.

The Mission: As the Multi-Skilled Technician, you’ll be the ultimate utility player. Think of yourself as the Swiss Army Knife of our operations team, stepping in wherever your skills are needed most.

What You’ll Tackle: 

• Field Support: Assist our technician and integrations teams with installations, repairs and setups.
• Delivery: Help transport and set up office equipment that makes businesses run.
• Warehouse: Manage shipping and receiving tasks with precision and care.
• All-Around Problem-Solver: See a challenge? Step in, roll up your sleeves and make it happen.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize installation and hand tools to work on lifts, ladders, rooftops and other elevated spaces.
• Efficiently install and integrate copiers, printers, audio/visual (A/V) systems and physical security solutions.
• Help service and support those same copiers, printers A/V and physical security solutions.
• Conduct installations that comply with company procedures, safety protocols and National Electric Safety Code (NESC) standards.
• Troubleshoot technology issues, coordinate project installations and deliver seamless client integration experiences.
• Communicate with clients, offering education on products and services while ensuring professional and positive interaction.
• Operate and maintain tools and equipment.
• Adhere to licensing and background check requirements.
• Exercise sound judgment in project management, problem-solving, and installation services.
• Maintain accurate documentation and records to ensure projects are properly completed and logged.
• Shipping + Receiving: Manage equipment and supplies with attention to detail.
• Handyman Skills: Bring a love for working with both tools and tech.
• Physical stamina to handle deliveries, setups and warehouse work is required.
• Experience with tech setups or logistics is a bonus point, but not required. We will train the right fit!
• Forklift certified? Again, bonus points, but we’ve got you covered if you need that.
