Dom earned his MBA from Widener University (Pennsylvania) and then began a 30-year career in banking developing and implementing strategic plans; demonstrating leadership in financial analysis, relationship management, business development, and team management. Upon exit of financial services, Dom transitioned to doing much of the same for the Lakewood Ranch Business Alliance. 

Now, having assisted companies with strategic vison from outside, he has joined RITE Technology to continue its upward momentum along with implementing plans to add additional revenue sources. 

Dom is active in the community, having served on boards with numerous non-profits–currently, as a State College of Florida Trustee. He has lived in Lakewood Ranch for over 15 years with his wife, Rita, of 28 years, along with their three children.
